About DecodingEdu

DecodingEdu provides research-informed educational content, courses, webinars, books, case-based resources, reflective writing and related services primarily for health-professions educators, learners and professionals.

Educational purpose

DecodingEdu content is provided for education and professional development. It does not replace:

  • Professional regulations
  • Clinical supervision

  • Independent professional judgement

Users remain responsible for evaluating the suitability of any educational material within their own context.

No guaranteed outcomes

Participation does not guarantee employment, promotion, academic credit, certification, professional registration, examination success, publication, institutional approval or any particular educational outcome unless expressly stated in writing.

Artificial intelligence use

Users must not upload DecodingEdu's protected courses, books, cases, assessments or other substantial content to public or commercial artificial-intelligence systems for reproduction, model training, redistribution or derivative commercial use without written permission.

Limited personal assistance that does not disclose, reproduce or redistribute protected content may be permitted, subject to applicable law and any product-specific instructions.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website content is owned by or licensed to DecodingEdu and is protected under applicable intellectual-property law.

Purchase or access gives the user a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the material for its intended educational purpose. Ownership is not transferred.

Where payment has been made, the relevant Refund and Cancellation Policy will apply.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DecodingEdu is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from reliance on educational content, third-party services, internet interruption or use contrary to instructions.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing framework

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
